More Than a Name on a Sign

Toni's Depot sits at 1501 East College Drive in Marshall, Minnesota — and the name tells you something about what this place is. A depot is a gathering point. It's where people arrive, fuel up, and head back out into their day. That's exactly what Toni's has always been for Marshall.

Mornings here start before most of the town is awake. The grill gets going at 6 AM sharp, six days a week. Eggs go on the flat top, chili gets warming on the stove, and the first regulars start coming through the door not long after. By the time breakfast rush hits, the kitchen has already been running for hours.

Made From Scratch — Every Day

We don't believe in shortcuts when it comes to the food. Our chili is made in-house — slow-cooked, seasoned right, and used across the menu in everything from the Chili Cheese Burger to the Toni's Taco Salad. Our ranch dressing is made here. Our BBQ pulled pork is slow-cooked on-site. Our burger patties are hand-formed from fresh beef.

That's not a marketing line. It's just how the kitchen has always run. If we're going to put our name on it, it's going to be worth eating.

The Toni's Poorboy

If you've been to Toni's, you know the Poorboy. Salami, ham, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo — it's simple, it's right, and it's been on the menu since the beginning. It's the kind of sandwich that regulars order without looking at the menu. That's earned.

Everything else on the menu — the Toni's Burger with house BBQ pulled pork, the Taco Scrambler, the Chipotle Steak & Cheddar, the Queso Tots — came from the same place. Real food, thought through, built to satisfy.
